This week, the PGA Tour lands in San Antonio for the Valero Texas Open. Read on for some picks you’ll be sure to Remember!
Player to Fade:

Philip Knowles has competed in six events so far this season. The results? One withdrawal, three missed cuts and a high finish of T16 in Puerto Rico. We venture to guess Knowles will not have a weekend to Remember in San Antonio.
Dark Horse:

Just bear with me here. Sure, Padraig Harrington has had quite a rough go of it of late. However, his most recent Top 10 finish on the PGA Tour was at this event in 2023, when he finished T10. Who says Harrington can’t dial back the clock this weekend and have a Top 25 finish? We sure don’t!
Top 10:

Keegan Bradley is on fire this season, having made the cut in all seven events he’s competed in. The last time he competed here, he finished T8. We think a similar result is a lock this week.
Winner:

You saw Akshay Bhatia take the crown at TPC San Antonio last year, and there’s no reason to believe he won’t repeat his success this time around. Bhatia has had an impressive 2025 so far, with the icing on the cake being a T3 finish at THE PLAYERS. With a strong Strokes Gained ranking and steady putting game, Bhatia looks to conquer this course again, and we think you’ll find Bhatia at the top of the leaderboard come Sunday evening.
